Order Processing Time
The Jolly Roger staff will verify all orders for new accounts prior to shipping as WE DO NOT SELL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC!! This verification process will require proof, by means of a business license and shop information. Once this has been provided, our staff will place a follow up call to the studio for employment verification, this will be completed the same day as the order was placed. Your order will ship the same day as placed and or the next business day at the latest depending on the time it takes for verification.
All orders placed the by 3:00pm EST by existing accounts will ship the same business day via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Orders received after 3:00pm EST will ship the next business day. We also offer Overnight and 2nd Day express shipping. Our friendly staff will provide you an estimated transit time based on the information provided by UPS and FedEx at the time of your order.

Credit Card Orders
Credit card orders will only be delivered to a verified billing addresses for the card provided. Jolly Roger will also require the 3 digit CCV number located on the signature strip of Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards. American Express cards 4 digit CCV number is located right above the card number on the right hand side. All credit card information is verified prior to processing the order.
All COD orders are subject to a $12.75 COD fee, which has been set in place by UPS and FedEx. All CODs must be paid with a money order or certified bank check. COD orders will be shipped using UPS or FedEx, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
In the unlikely event a product is backordered, you will be notified at the time of your order. If your order has already been placed and a product becomes backordered prior to processing your order, you will be promptly notified via telephone or email. You will have the choice to keep the product on backorder, cancel the product or opt to be given in house credit to be used on a future order.
